PRODUCTION:

Production & Assembly Production Department consists of highly sophisticated CNC Grinding Machines having auto cycle facilities and facility of mid cycle grinding wheel dressing.

First of all Face Grinding is done on Surface Grinder having duplex grinding facility – both the face will be ground at a time.

For outer and inner ring OD grinding – done on well advanced AUTO FEED type OD Grinding Machines of CINCINATI MAKE.

After rough OD grinding of Outer Ring, its track grinding is done on CNC Grinding Machine here, rough and finish track grinding is done in one cycle – first of all rough track grinding then grinding wheel dressing take place followed by finish track grinding. Crowning is given in case of taper roller outer track with the help of template. And lastly honing of outer track is done to achieve high level of super finishing of the track. And at last finish OD of Outer Ring is done.

Then Inner Ring is taken up for rough and finish bore grinding and then with respect to its bore size, track grinding is done and here with the help of template crowning is given on taper roller inner rings. And finally honing of inner ring track is done to get high level of super finish on inner track.

Ball / Rollers are also ground and super finishing is done with special treatment and process and after proper grading of balls / rollers they are sent to Assembly Shop with proper tag on each lot.

Once the outer rings and inner rings are recd in assembly, marking is done as per its types with the help of either chemical etching machines or laser marking machines.

At each stage, dimensions are verified with respect to specified values and checking is done constantly. And for checking cracks etc., crack testing is also done with the help of magnetic crack detection unit and only OK races / balls / rollers are sent to Assembly Shop.

ASSEMBLY:

Once each component are received in Assembly Shop, its assembly of bearings is done and each stage all specified dimensions like total height, OD, Bore etc are checked 100% before assembly. And Noise testing is done on finish deep groove ball bearings.

Once bearings are assembled, first of all its demagnetized properly to remove induced magnetism and then the complete bearings are washed under ultra sonic washing machines to remove all dirt and small, minute iron particles from the bearings and then after a high grade rust preventive oil is applied.

Then proper packing is done as per specifications and bearing is kept in one plastic pouch which is sealed properly and kept in an individual packing box.
